200g Kinder chocolate [7 oz]
500ml Double cream [16 oz]
500g cream cheese [17.6 oz]
120g powdered sugar [4.2]
200g Kinder chocolate (topping) [7 oz]
120g double cream [4.2 oz]
kinder pieces
350g biscoff cookies, blended
180 g unsalted butter, melted
pour into tin to make crust
200g kinder chocolate, melted 30sec bursts in microwave
set aside to cool
500ml double cream
whisk to stiff peaks
In a new bowl Combine:
500g cream cheese
120g powdered sugar
whisk to combine, pour in melted kinder chocolate
Fold in 3/4 of the whipped cream
pour into base
melt another 200g kinder chocolate
120g double cream
pour over cheesecake
top with whip cream and kinder pieces
