4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
4 slices bacon
1 cup KC Masterpiece BBQ sauce
1/8 cup honey
1 sweet potato diced
Rosemary-opt
Salt and pepper
Divide sweet potatoes onto tin foil. Top with Rosemary. Place one chicken breast on top of each potato packet. Season with salt and pepper.
In a bowl mix the honey and sauce and pour over chicken. Add a tablespoon of water to prevent burning.
Bake at 400 for 1 hour or until chicken is cooked and potatoes tender
