
1 large bag of Fritos or other corn chips
1-2 lbs ground beef
1-2 tablespoon taco seasoning
1 can black beans
lettuce (shredded)
cheese (grated)
sour cream
tomatoes (diced)
1 red onion (diced)
sliced avocados or guac
salsa
Brown ground beef until no pink remains, drain all extra oil.
Add taco seasoning as directed on packet. Add black beans.
Let the meat mixture cool slightly before serving.
Place the rest of the toppings in separate bowls, so that each person can build their own taco.
To assemble place chips into a cup, add some taco meat, and then add your favorite toppings.
