Caramel Sauce

1 cup better stick
1 cup karo syrup
1  can sweetened condensed milk
1 cup brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Melt together in the microwave. Put for 2 min until it's no longer grainy. Then Another 2 min. Don't let it boil.
