1 pint whipping cream
1 cup sugar
1 cup corn syrup
1/3 stick butter
1 tsp vanilla
Bring corn syrup and sugar to a boil. Boil 7 min. Turn to Med heat. Add 1/2 of whipping cream. Stir and boil another 7 min.
Turn to Med heat and add 1/2 whipping cream. Stir and boil another 7 min. Turn to med and add last 1/3 of whipping cream. Stir and boil another 7 min.
Boil until therm read 240-245 degrees.
Remove from heat and add butter and vanilla. Pour in greased 8x8 pan.
Let cool completely. Cut in small squares and roll into wax paper. Twist ends.
