Cinnamon Rolls

1 cup margarine

2 1/2 cup water
1/2 cup powdered milk/dry milk
6 beaten eggs
1 cup sugar
1 tsp salt
2 tbs yeast
9 cups flour
1 container cream cheese frosting

put in butter and add hot water. make sure mixture isn't too hot and add yeast and 3 tbs sugar. Add beaten eggs, 1 cup sugar, and salt. Then add powdered milk and flour one cup at a time to make soft dough.

They are lighter if you don't get too much flour in them. Let rise 10 min. Knead. let rise until double in bulk. Flour countertop. Divide dough in half and roll into rectangle. 

Spread with butter, sprinkle with cinnamon, and brown sugar. Roll up and cut into 1/2" slices with dental floss. Let rise. Bake 375 degress for 10 minutes. Frost.
