Creamed Corn

6 ounces Cream Cheese
1/4 cup unsalted butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/3 cup milk
2 cups corn
1/2 tsp dried thyme
Salt and pepper
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons parsley

Preheat oven 375 degrees. Lightly oil 9inch baking dish

Combine cream cheese, butter, garlic in a saucepan. Stir in milk until smooth about 2 minutes. Stir in corn until well combined, about 2 min. Stir in thyme; season with salt and pepper

Spread in dish and sprinkle with cheese. Place in oven and bake until bubbly 15-17 minutes.

Serve immediately, garnished with parsley
