Roca Rectangles- Saltine Toffee- SOO GOOD

1 cup butter or margarine
1 cup brown sugar
12 oz. bag chocolate chips
1 cup finely chopped nuts
Saltine crackers

Line a large cookie sheet with foil. Spray with vegetable cooking spray. Put a layer of crackers on top of foil. In a heavy pan, combine butter and sugar and bring to boil. Boil 3 Min, stirring as needed.

Pour over crackers, spread to cover. Bake at 375 degrees for 7 min. Remove from over, let cool a few min. Sprinkle chocolate chips over top. Put back in oven a min or two, and then spread. Sprinkle with nuts. Cut while still warm. Serve when chocolate sets up.
