1 lb beef crock roast, sliced into thin strips
1 cup beef broth
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp seasame oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
frozen broccoli
2 tbsp cornstarch
Cooked Rice
Whisk together broth, soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil and garlic
Gently place beef in liquid and toss to coat
Turn crockpot on low and cook 4-6 hours
When done whisk togheter cornstarch, and 4 Tablespoons cooking liquid. Pour into crockpot and stir to mix well. Cook on low for 30 more minutes to thicken up sauce. Toss in broccoli after done and serve over rice
