Yummy potatoes

5 pounds baking potatoes
1 (8oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1 (8oz) container sour cream
1/2 cup unsalted butter (do not use margarine...ever) softened
1/2 cup milk
2 tsp onion salt
opt garnish: paprika or chopped fresh parsley

Peel potatoes and cut into 1 inch cubes. Place cubes in saucepan, cover with water, boil until tender (potato cube should fall apart when stuck with a fork but not be complete mush). Drain. 

Put cream cheese, sour cream, butter, milk, and onion salt in large mixing bowl. Now put drained potatoes in bowl on top of creams, etc. Then beat at medium speed with an electric mixer until smooth and fluffy (do not overheat)

Spoon into a lightly greased 13x9 inch or 3qt baking dish. Cover with foil. 



Bake at 325 degrees for 50 min or until thoroughly heated. Garnish, if desired.
