Asian Zoodles with Chicken

These Chinese chicken zoodles are a quick and easy 15 minute meal. Packed with flavors from your favorite takeout dish but way healthier for you!


2 Large Zucchini spiralized 
4 Tbsp Soy Sauce 
2 Tsp of Sesame Oil 
2 Tbsp of Garlic Powder 
1/3 Cup of Sautéed Onions
Sautéed Mushrooms
Chicken Breast


Cook chicken breast. I cooked in crock pot from frozen until tender. 

Sauté mushrooms and onion in some sesame oil in a pan. Add zoodles and sauce mix into pan and cook until they are tender 2-3 minutes.
