  • ½ oz. Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • 3 oz. Peas
  • ½ oz. Crispy Red Peppers
  • 3 oz. Roasted Red Peppers
  • 2 Tbsp. Roasted Red Pepper Pesto
  • 3 oz. Light Cream Cheese
  • 2 tsp. Chicken Base
  • 8 oz. Cooked Penne Pasta
  • 8 oz. Italian Pork Sausage Links














  1. Prepare the Ingredients

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees. When ingredient appears in recipe, remove from packaging. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Combine penneroasted red pepperspeas, and chicken base in provided tray.

    Add the Sausage

    Remove sausage from casing. Break into nickel-size pieces. Top pasta with and sausage and dollops of cream cheeseCream cheese will melt as meal cooks. If using 16 oz. sausage, follow same instructions. If using ground beef crumble into small pieces and follow same instructions.

    Finish the Meal

    Bake uncovered in hot oven until sausage reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 20-25 minutes. If using 16 oz. sausage or ground beef, follow same instructions. Carefully remove from oven. Stir in red pepper pesto until creamy. Garnish with crispy red peppers and Parmesan.
