Slow- Cooked Green Chili Pork Tacos

1 3-4 pounds pork butt
2 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
1 tablespoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
2 cups milk tomatillo sauce
10-15 tortillas of choice
2 cups shredded lettuce
2 cups diced tomatoes
2 cups shredded cheese
1 cup sour cream

Heat slow cooker to the high setting

Add 1/2 cup of water to the slow cooker. Add the pork butt and season with Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and garlic salt. Cover and cook on high for 5-7 hours. Remove the pork from the jus(discard). Shred the pork into small, bite-sized pieces, return to the slow cooker, and add the salsa. Reduce the slow cooker heat to low until ready to serve. Serve the pork in soft tortillas or corn tortillas along with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and sour cream.
