1/2 cup cocoa powder, sifted (3/4 if you want it super rich)
½ cup granulated sugar
⅓ cup packed dark brown sugar
Pinch salt
1 cup whole milk
2 cups heavy cream
½ tablespoon pure vanilla extract
Toppings (add last 5 minutes of mixing)
Mix in Ice cream maker for 20 minutes then freeze or eat
