Egg and Mushroom Rolls

 6 eggs

1 tbsp parsley

1 tsp garlic granules

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

85g black olives

100g fresh mushrooms

6 small tortillas

6 tsp sun-dried tomato paste



Mix eggs, parsley, garlic, S&P in a bowl. 

Put sun-dried tomato paste on one side of a tortilla.

Pour a small amount of eggs into a hot pan (with oil). Immediately put some olives and mushrooms and then top with the tortilla with the sun-dried tomato side down. 

cook and then flip and toast the bottom. when done roll up. Repeat until all 6 tortillas have been used. 

Adults will probably want about 2 each and kids will each have a modified version.
