- 4 cups water
- 2 Tablespoons dry parsley
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 heaping tablespoon of chicken bouillon
- 2 Tablespoons dried onion
- 2 cups rice, uncooked
Add all ingredients into a pan, except rice, and bring to a boil. then add rice, Put lid on and cook for 20 minutes on low. Turn the heat off, but leave pan on the burner for another 10 minutes.
