- 1 pkg Tortellini
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- 3 T minced garlic
- 1 heaping Tablespoon corn starch
- 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
- 1 Tablespoon Italian seasoning
- salt and pepper
- parmesan cheese
- In a saucepan add the butter and begin to melt. Drizzle in the olive oil and then the minced garlic. Cook for a minute or so. Then bring to a boil
- In a container or bowl add the chicken broth. Whisk in the corn starch. Add the mixture to the butter and oil once it begins to boil.
- Add the Italian seasoning and salt and pepper.
- Whisk continually while the cornstarch begins to thicken and a sauce is formed.
- Cook the tortellini according to the directions on the back. Then drain and add the pasta to the sauce.
- Top with parmesan cheese and then serve!
