Oreo French Toast

 

Ingredients 

6-8 slices Brioche Bread 

4 eggs 

½ cup heavy whipping cream 

½ cup crushed Oreo’s 

½ teaspoon vanilla extract 


Cream Syrup Topping

4oz. Cream Cheese, softened to room temperature 

½ cup powdered sugar 

¼ cup whole milk, more if you are wanting a thinner consistency 

½ teaspoon vanilla extract  


Directions 

  1. Whisk together eggs, heavy whipping cream, crushed Oreo’s, and vanilla extract. 2. Dip sliced brioche bread into the egg wash, coating evenly on both sides. 3. Cook coated bread on a lightly greased griddle or skillet over medium heat until  browned on both sides.  
  2. Create cream syrup
  3. Add cream cheese, powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract to a mixing bowl  and use an electric mixer to cream together until smooth. 
  4. Add French toast to plates and drizzle cream syrup over. Top with fresh whipped cream  and remaining crushed Oreo’s. 
  5. Serve and Enjoy.
