Ingredients
- 1 Box Krusteaz Snickerdoodle Mix
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup butter, room temperature
- 2-3 fresh peaches, sliced thinly
Glaze:
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
1 cup powdered sugar
2 Tablespoons milk
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease an 8x8x2-inch square inch pan.
- In a large bowl, stir cookie mix, butter, and egg until blended. Press 1/2 of dough into bottom of baking dish. Sprinkle 1/3 of the cinnamon sugar topping onto dough.
- Arrange sliced peaches evenly over dough. Sprinkle 1/3 of the cinnamon sugar over peaches.
- Crumble small pieces of remaining dough onto peaches to create a crumb topping. Top with remaining cinnamon sugar.
- Bake 30 minutes or golden brown. Cool on a wire rack.
- Combine all glaze ingredients in a small bowl and whisk until smooth. Drizzle over cooled bars. Serve with vanilla ice cream and caramel if you would like.
