Mississippi Chicken

 

  • 3-4 chicken breasts, boneless, skinless
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 packet au jus gravy mix
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix
  • 8-10 pepperoncini peppers
  • ¾ cup juice from pepperoncini
  • can Chicken broth
  • 1/4-1/2 cup butter as desired

Place in instant pot and manual for 10 minutes with slow release. Can cook in crock put low 6-8 or high 4-6. 

Serve with Mashed potato and green beans.
